MyTime is a self-paced, online study programme which provides the knowledge, skills  and tools that will improve your ability to handle the stresses, anxieties and challenges of academic, workplace and personal life situations.    

The programme includes behavioural profiling, diagnostic and activity planning  tools, along with a range of eLearning courses and additional resources.

MENTA MyTime Programme Introduction

This module gives an introduction to the MyTime programme, explaining the subjects you'll be studying and how to use the tools provided to improve your ability to handle academic, workplace and life challenges.

MyTime Self-Management Diagnostic Assessment

This Self-Management Diagnostic Assessment will help you to understand your behavioural trends, strengths and potential areas for personal development.

You can download, save and complete this assessment for your personal records and future reference.

MyTime eLearning Modules

MyTime eLearning contains two modules of short, self-paced courses which are aimed at supporting students’ personal development and providing them with vital skills to help manage the stresses of everyday life – in particular the anxieties leading up to examinations. The courses are approximately 15 minutes long and start with an animated video introduction. Once this is complete you can scroll down to a section of extended study before finishing with a short knowledge test. At the end of each course you have the option to download the video transcript - just follow the on-screen instructions.

MyTime Action Plan

This interactive Action Plan template can be downloaded, saved and completed offline. Your action plan is a flexible document that may change depending on future development needs, and can be used as a point of reference when discussing personal development and wellbeing with peers, teachers and tutors.

These publications are available as a reference resource for those that wish to find out more about current thinking and extend their knowledge in the field of personal development.
